Acceptable Use Policy

This Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made between the entity you represent, or, if no such entity is designated by you individually (“you”, “your”, “customer”), and eformity document solutions b.v., trading as eformity, (“eformity”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and consists of the terms and conditions below and the documents they refer to.

We are a private company in the Netherlands with registration number 23084597 and our registered office is at Nieuwland Parc 310, 2952 DD, Alblasserdam, The Netherlands.

By using services (“Services”) provided by eformity, Customer agrees to comply with the Acceptable Use Policies outlined in this agreement.

We reserve the right to make changes to this Acceptable Use Policy at any time without notice, and those changes will be effective immediately.

Term. This Agreement shall be effective for the duration of the Online Subscription Agreement

When using our Services, you may not:
Use our Service for any illegal activity, or accessing or authorizing anyone to access the service from an embargoed country.

Furthermore you may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Services, act to deny others access to Services, or authorize any third party to access or use the Services on your behalf (such as anyone without a license or to reveal to anyone your username and password).
• Use the Services to try to gain unauthorized access to any other service, data, account or network by any means.
• Introduce computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information on our Services.
• Intend to harm or exploit minor bugs in any way, or collect personally identifiable information of any minor.
• Intentionally omit, delete, forge or misrepresent transmission information, including headers, return addressing information and IP addresses.
• Use the Services to transmit, distribute, or deliver any unsolicited bulk or unsolicited commercial e-mail (i.e. spam).
• Store, share or distribute content that is unlawful, considered offensive, or infringes on copyright, patents or trademarks.

• We are not responsible for the content used within our Services. The decision to view content or engage with others is yours.
• Information you provide or upload to the Services may be stored outside of the country in which you reside.
